Hutton House Wedding | Shira and David | Medicine Lake, Minnesota

The Hutton House in Medicine Lake, Minnesota was a beautiful backdrop for Shira and David’s wedding.

Who’s ready to party???

There was not one chair that was filled….yes….you read that right. Everyone was on the dance floor during the TWO part dancing and celebration after Shira and David’s traditional wedding ceremony. There were conga lines, jump ropes, scarves, umbrellas, chicken fights, and everyone showing off their best dance moves. This is how every wedding reception should be.

I was out of breath just watching all of the guests out on that dance floor, but every single person was having an absolute blast.

This wedding was a first for me, but I learned so much, and this wedding, might go down as my favorite wedding to date.

The wedding day

David and Shira hosted an incredible wedding for their family and friends. The vendors at this Hutton House wedding were the A-Team. Events by Jess coordinated a breathtaking venue space while honoring David and Shira’s traditions. This was my first time at the Hutton House and it has been on my venue list since it opened a few years ago. Every corner of this venue is gorgeous. From the white walls, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, the courtyard, and the lake in the background. All of it is a photographer’s dream.

Green Thumb Originals made such a beautiful bouquet of flowers to add to Shira’s elegant wedding gown from Bridal Direct. Shoppe 5101 Salon and Spa did a beautiful job on Shira’s long curly hair as well.

Crave made some of the most mouthwatering and delicious food. I don’t know what they were, but they had little chocolate waffle cone desserts that just melted in your mouth.

And the band/singer Mesamechei Leiv Orchestra did such an amazing job! It was so much fun to listen to them all night and they kept everyone on the dance floor.

David and Shira, you are both absolutely amazing! You are both kind, thoughtful, and your relationship is so precious! I loved being a part of your big day and am so thankful that you allowed me to capture your big day! Congratulations!
