COVID has thrown curveballs left and right for couples this year, but Brittney and Adam took every single one of them in stride and ended up having a beautiful, intimate wedding at the St James Hotel in Red Wing, MN. From her blush wedding dress. Cascading florals. The denim jacket. His bowtie and suspenders. To the heartfelt ceremony. It was a gorgeous day.

All summer I have been telling couples, just because your wedding may not be as big as it originally was planned, that doesn’t mean that your wedding isn’t going to be just as special! You will be surrounded by the people that mean the most to you and at the end of the day, you and your partner will become one. And that is all that really matters. Adam and Brittney embraced this and their wedding was absolutely magical. The St James Hotel was the perfect backdrop for their vows and ceremony.

Adam and Brittney, I want to take a moment before I share with you your pictures to say thank you. Thank you for being so flexible. I wish I could have been there on your best day ever, but sometimes life just doesn’t go according to plan. But it is in those moments that you grow as a person and lean on the ones that you love the most. As you start this journey as husband and wife, remember to never take each other for granted, always go to bed with a kiss and an “I love you.” Dance in the kitchen together.
